The Trade Show will be officially open during planned meal functions (identified in the schedule below. However, exhibits are located in a common area so there will be traffic throughout the day during program hours.
Exhibits should be staffed during the official hours.

0800 Registration Desk Opens (for Exhibitors)
0800 Exhibitor Bump In (Set Up) Begins
Special Note: Exhibitors located in exhibits 1-10 will not be able to bump in until 15:00-17:00. This space is being used by another group. Moreton Hire will begin build of these exhibits at 13:00.
1000-1600 Pre-Conference Seminar: Ethanol 101 - “Introduction to Ethanol Production and Points to Consider When Building and Ethanol Plant”
1700 All exhibitors must be moved in completely by this time in order to allow time for clean up and removal of crates before the Welcome Reception in the trade show begins.
1800-2000 Welcome Reception in the Trade Show
